This is an ultra stylish suit.

Dating to 1972 it's made in a thick jersey weave fabric with this overall chevron zigzag design. 
The jacket features long sleeves with simple cuffs, double collar design neckline button down front and panelled back giving slight fluted shape. Pockets to the hips and one to the breast. 
The trousers are a high waist design with zip to the left side, wide leg design with turn back hems. 
Unlined inside with the original Biba woven label in the neckline and waist of the trousers. 
 
The jacket is in good condition with minimal wear, the trousers sadly have a couple of faults. The zip has been replaced but could be done better, under the crotch there is some damage near the seams. These could be reinforced by the seam allowance of taken in by .5cm to hide these. Near the hem is a couple of marks and inside a new covered button has been made using fabric from the seam allowance. This said, it's still a rare and wearable suit either as a two piece of separately.
