This is an amazing dress!
Original 1969 Biba midi dress in a lilac and cream deco design cotton fabric.
Short sleeves with turn back cuff detail and puffed shoulders, high button up collar with button down front, fitted waist and fluted skirt. Small covered buttons down the front with the original woven label in the neckline. 
This is in good condition but does sadly have a small wear tare by the back of one sleeve and brown markings down the front of the skirt ( see photos ) this may lighten or lift with a dry clean as it is cotton.

Armpit to armpit - 16"
Waist - 13.5"
Length - 43"
Sleeve length - 11.5"
