This is a classic jacket.
Dating to 1970 it's made in a black wool type fabric.
Long sleeves with simple cuffs, wrap around collar with pointed lapel detail,  button down front with paneled body and two pockets one to either side at the front. Lined in a golden satin fabric with the original woven label in the neckline. 
In good condition with minimal wear this is a Cute classic jacket. The left pocket lining has a small popped seams easily sewn closed.
